Safelite AutoGlass - Customer service

Safelite,

Recently, my wife went to the Ft. Myers FL Safelite on Fowler street. Joe, behind the front desk, was exceptional. The Manager, was on the other hand, not a good representative of your company, or any company. He interjected himself into a conversation, after hanging up the phone and belittled my WIfe to the point of tears. He told her that there is no way to satisfy her and she should just take her business somewhere else because he could not satisfy her. This all stemmed from her asking if I had asked for OEM Glass when I booked the appointment or if I had not. The only other question she asked was if the warrantee was good at all locations for Safelite, or just this one. He stated that he has been working for you for 27 years and that he just knows that my Wife would not be satisfied. This type of verbal abuse and demeaning attack should be dealt with. I had to call and pay for the work over the phone, because my Wife was fearful of having to deal with the Manager. I also had make a call to the Sarasota Office to call the Fowler street store to relay a message to Joe to bring the keys out to my wife because she would not go back in the store. I also told the Sarasota office to relay that if the Manager approaches my Wife, I have instructed her to call the Police. Unbelievably, he attempted to approach her anyway, and my Wife just walked off of the property. This is something that needs to be addressed. Desired outcome: Minimum, call and let us know what the outcome is. Ideally, a call to my Wife to apologize, and a removal of this none customer friendly employee
