Extra Space Storage

March 2023 I Called Hollywood Florida Extra Space Storage where I did have a storage space I explain to Rico who is the manager there that I no longer want the storage because I’m going to Financial - issues and I can no longer pay for the storage. So please close the storage and send me the bill. Three months later I’m listening to voicemails and they’re talking about the storage unit so I talked to Amy and explain to her that I spoke with Rico and close the unit. Rico lied to her and told her that I never spoke with him and that’s why he left my unit open. Me and Rico have a long history from when he first started working a year and a half ago. We had altercations over by lock and it being cut. I resolve the altercation with management thought everything was fine, but this is Rico‘s way of getting me back by leaving my storage unit open. He’s telling me that if I would’ve closed it that he would’ve sent me the paperwork which he should’ve sent me the paperwork in the beginning. This is all Rico’s fault if you pull the phone conversation with my number you were clearly hear me tell him I don’t want the storage unit after he try to convince me to remain in the storage unit for discount price of $50 I explain to him I don’t even have $50 that $50 if I did have would go to feeding me and buying some groceries as is, I am completely financially ruined. I want a full investigation on Rico. And I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else again.
