Extra Space Storage review: Rodent infestation/unfair billing practices and price inflation

She did not care about my serious health concern or that I have an auto immune disease and can not be exposed to that droppings. She told me to call the insurance company and it is not her problem.

I asked to speak to her manager, she told me no one is above her and when I called the cooperate office they said they could not help me either.

They demanding pay 80 percent plus fees to access the damages ti my things. I asked them for records of pest control since they took over from life storage. The last time I opened my units I had rat droppings and items chewed up. I had bedding in the unit where the tats nested and I refuse to pay I have to wait for an insurance adjuster to come and they will not allow me to go into the units unless I pay. They are not concerned about my health situation they are only concerned about money.

There is two men that work at the site Dave & Edwin both are very nice and I have no issues with them it is the management that does not care about the customer. I have been with this storage for more than 7 years when Extra space storage took over they had no pest control and told me it was my responsibility.
I am currently renting units is 120 139 17

Thank you for your help this is about my health I have auto immune issues but no one should have to have rat droppings and rats nesting in things they store. Or have to deal with price gouging when my neighbors have the same space and pay much less. That is deceptive and unfair billing practices everyone should be paying the same price unless they are a first month renter.
