I entered the establishment on Tuesday, March 30th around 6:00 pm. There were two other people waiting on food they had already ordered. There were approx 8-10 employees and all were in the back talking and working with food, no one was up front at the register. One of the two ladies waiting began complaining about her order and the manager approached her. I assume he was the manager because he was wearing a dark green shirt and everyone else was wearing black. He was an Hispanic male, in his late twenties with a heavy build and "longish" hair. After waiting approx fifteen minutes with no one approaching me or even looking at me I asked the manager if someone could take my order. He replied "What did you order?" I said "Nothing yet, no one has taken my order". He replied sarcastically "That's because you should be standing over THERE to order and then come HERE to pick up your food!" I was speechless because there had been no one operating that register since I walked in. The only logical place to approach for help was the pick up area. At this point, I was disgusted with the lack of concern for me as a customer so I left. I am in town on business and specifically searched the nearest Pollo Tropical because I love the food. When I return to Miramar/ Pembroke Pines I will never come back to that location.
