Went to Quest Diagnostic to get information 8 people waiting outside, waiting room was full, and 3 people ahead of me just to ask a simple question concerning the scheduled appointment, lady who works for the firm could not answer my simple question said that wait until your appointment to see if you are confirmed even though we already had a confirmation number, to have uninformed people working for this firm tells you a lot about how they operate you call their toll free number it's always a machines they give you the run around that only frustrates customers cannot get decent service from this organization, they need to re-examine the way they do business and conduct service, would not recommend this place to anyone on Sheridan Dania beach Quest Diagnostics for a simple blood test unacceptable
