My Husband went into the store Sunday 10-15-23 around 7:30pm. He stood at the counter for a few minutes unnoticed because the employees were nowhere in sight. When he was finally notices he complained and then the "person in charge" a young female came to the counter with an attitude. Because there was NO manager on duty. When they finally started to take his order, he started with a kids chicken meal. And the woman with the attitude asked in a very rude manner asked, "Why are YOU ordering a kids meal?" He told her "my sons in the car do I need to bring him in here so I can prove to you it's for a kid?" Then one of the cooks came to the counter and asked if there was a problem. And my husband said "YES! It appears there is a problem with me ordering a kid's meal without my kid standing next to me!" The he continued ordering 2 regular meals. A double beef and cheddar meal and a 1/2 pound regular meal.
The cook and manager went back to make the sandwiches and my husband could hear them laughing. When we got home and opened the sandwiches it was clear the order was wrong, and the manager and cook had placed the burnt dried up exterior pieces of the roast on sandwich instead of what is sliced through the slicer.
I went back to the store at 8:05pm and had the order corrected by a very nice employee named Josh. I asked to speak to the manager/person in charge and she was on break. It was a 15 minute drive for us to get home and see what the was given to us and a 15 minute drive back to have it fixed and another 15 minute drive for me to get back home to be able to eat. So 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back because of your crappy person in charge and the sandwich maker who intentionally put burnt dried exterior pieces of meat on a sandwich which was most likely taken out of the trash and put on a sandwich by your employees. She also did not give my husband a receipt because it would have shown the store number, time and employee number as to stop a complaint being make and the ability to look at the actions of the employees through the CCTV videos.
Desired outcome: We want the incident investigated and the employees that intentionally gave us the food that was inedible to be disciplined. We want an apology and a coupon to replace the meals that were intentionally sabotaged by those employees.
