Today Thursday 09-08-22 at around 6:02 the CVS attendee customer service representative Chrystal was the worst service that I have ever received at the location on Collins and Blanding after patronizing this location for years. When I first arrived, I notice movements inside but no one said anything or advised me that they would be with me shortly. I hit the call button to get someone attention just to be ignored, I waited three more minutes and I hit the call button again. Chrystal approach the window Huffing and puffing loud enough to make sure I heard her. She grab my prescription and said nothing to me for about 2 minutes and told me verbally aggressive that they will text me when it’s ready and hung up the phone (radio) The prescription is for a dental toothpaste! I ask for her name to make sure that this bag customer service is corrected and make sure that her poor customer service doesn’t continue. She is getting a 1 rating because it is required to continue, she is a 0 and need another field of work (correction office, military police, or a stripper) she filling my prescription and I’m not comfortable with her doing it. I called and spoke the manager Mark and he advised me that they are understaff and working long hours but this is no excuse to treat customers like this and lack self control and courtesy and professionalism.
Desired outcome: Termination
CVS - Crystal, a pharmacy tech at cvs 3685 Jacksonville FL 32244
I understand pharmacy techs see some real questionable characters ; but this technician gets a very nasty demeanor every time I call and provide my information, and she sees the medication I'm calling about. I have been a CVS customer for over 7 years! I have never been treated so badly as when that woman services me. I have been in recovery for ten years! She doesn't know me! But the last thing a recovering addict needs; is to be made to feel worse; or treated terribly, by a CVS representative who is making assumptions about their character based upon the medication their PHYSICIAN prescribed them. Her job isn't to judge the person on the other end of the line. This has been an issue for me for the last two months and it needs to be addressed. She provides me muted, and deliberately "half [censored]" service, from the moment she sees the medication I take. What she doesn't know is I work with attorneys, have a career I worked hard for and am in school to become an addiction counselor... but even if I were still a junkie, she has no reason to make me feel badly or dread calling in to fill.
Desired outcome: She needs to be reprimanded so she doesn’t think that behavior is okay.
