My son misplaced his phone on 12/19/19 around 9:00 p.m. and the employees that were working that night they were very helpful, they try to help us locate the phone even though they were super busy. Kudos to them for helping out. I told them the story of my son's Christmas gift, which he was getting ear pods for his phone this Christmas. One of the employees said to leave the description of the phone and a contact number and either they will call or I can contact the store tomorrow afternoon to see if anyone has turned it in. When calling the store the next day to ask about the phone an employee answered the phone and said yes there is a phone here and asked me to describe the phone. I described the phone to him and I said I would stop by and to see the phone and he rudely said to me I'm not describing the phone he's holding and told me I can't come and see nor could he give me the phone. I told him I would bring my son into the store so he can describe it better. He asked me to call my son to asked him to describe the phone, I said to him how could I call my son on what phone shall I call him on. he misplaced his phone last night I told the employee when I come to the store I can put in my son's password and he will know it's my son's phone. My husband was heading to work and he happened to be passing by the store and he stopped in and the employee Cory who is a manager at this store rudely giving my husband such a hard time as though we were trying to steal our phone Just is I described the phone to the employee my husband told him to open the case of the phone and it was exactly what I had explained to him on the phone. Sometimes it takes a man to handle certain situations, something so simple all could have been avoided if the employee would just listen and hear what was being said to him. My husband asked the employee how many people called or came and asked about any lost iPhone today the employee did not answer. To the employee Cory I would just like to say be kind, listen and hear what is being said to you. You almost made a really good kid not enjoy his Christmas and upset the parents to this extreme. Poor customer service and judgment on this Manager Cory.
