It was 8 pm I went thru drive thru I sat in line for 20 min finally got the order they was out of glazzed hole or apple turnover .. finally I ordered just a 12 pack of cheeses Krystal my kid is allergic to musted I asked please no any where near and chillies cheese fries I got home they were reg Krystal with no cheese and the Fry's was reg not chilli cheese I called for a hour no oneaswerd the phone it was a waste of 30$ my child is alergiv
Desired outcome: I feel like if not refunded I should get my food remade

I went into the restaurant and asked for 12 Krystals - and I asked for them to be made fresh. No mustard but with extra pickles. A woman directed employees to take 12 burgers "direct from the grill" with my other instructions. I paid, took my food to my car and the burgers were not even remotely warm so they were not made fresh. The reason I asked for them fresh is because I can't eat 12 burgers at a time so I take them home and prepare them for future warming. I wanted a good outcome for warming. The buns were dried and the meat looked sickly to say the least. I had problems at this location before and was asked to wait for a change in management to occur. I gave plenty of time but the outcome is terrible. So disappointed. Not happy even in the least.
Desired outcome: This order should be replaced asap.
