I purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback in February. At the time of the purchase I also purchased GAP insurance with the dealer. Two days later I called the dealer and cancelled the Gap insurance because my automobile insurance company offered it much cheaper. The dealer told me that they would take care of it and the Chase Bank loan would reflect the GAP refund. It has been over a month and Chase Bank has no record of the Gap cancellation to adjust the principal amount of the loan. I called the dealership and left messages, and I texted the salesman who told me that it would be taken care of. I never heard back from anybody.
Desired outcome: Refund for the total amount of the Gap insurance
