Went over order with cashier and supervisor so I did not check both bags.
I thought I didn't have to since the order went thru 2 people.
Desired outcome: This is the 3rd or 4th time I have brought home an incorrect order. I just wanted you to know. I paid for the Steak Tropichp that I did not receive.

I visited my miami lakes location a short time ago my order # 716
4/9/19 @8:56 pm drive thru teller named destiny.
My wait was rather short since they had a person outside the drive thru taking orders under and umbrella. I ordered my lg chicken t/chop w/ wr and beans, and a b/less chicken breast platter with 2 sides/ caesar salad and balsamic tomatoes.
When i got to the window and gave her my card she gave me my order. No sooner did i place it inside my car, she said " i need that small container back it belongs to someone else's order." so i gave it back and drove off.
When i got home and sat down to eat with my husband and opened my container my caesar salad was missing. The container she asked me back for was "my salad" and i was charged for it. This definitely made me aggravated since i was looking forward to my dinner. This is very disappointing and terrible customer service. They should have someone double-check their orders before giving them out. In this instance, i paid for something i did not receive and i am not a happy customer.
Pollo Tropical - customer service / quality of food
I went to Miami lakes location 8/07/18 store 10010 and ordered two 1/4 rice beans and corn. Apparently the cashier charged me for 1/2 chicken rice beans and corn but when I checked My food they gave me two 1/4 chicken meals; I requested the manager because not only did they over charged me but they didn't even give me what they charged me for! He didn't apologize he tried to rush me out of his drive thru by tellin me his line is getting backed up. I also complained about the food my chicken was dried out I asked them to change my food I didn't think to recheck my food cause the general manager rushed me out his drive thru so when I finally pulled over to check my food the chicken was still dried out as if they didn't even change it for me. This manager was so rude, nasty attitude and didn't even try to fix the problem so I wouldn't have to ask for corporate number. He lied and told corporate number started with 305.. worse service I ever had! I'm done with pollo Tropical you all service keep getting worse and worse!
