I went to buy a Kitchen rage on 02/21/2021, I paid cash with a debit card same day they took my money from the Bank account, big mistake, using my debit card, the delivered was for Wednesday 02/24/ from 12.00 to 6.00pm, by 2.00 pm I went to the website my order was not listed, I called 5 times Best Buy no one gave me a clear answer, we went to Best Buy spoke to David Perera he said not to worry that was on the truck to wait for it. By 6.00pm I called David he kept lying, the lady Anais the lady that sold me the kitchen she had made two receipts for two different order two different people, she said not her fault there was a glitch in the system, another lie... Bottom line today Friday I requested a refund and no refund has given to me, I need a kitchen I would buy it at another place, never again Best Buy, I'm old, and very sick, two days without a hot meal, and still no refund today, this is not fair... Because i'm old and sick nobody cares, the General Mgr Carmen Carabajo at the Best buy Doral she is not aware of what the sales staff are doing, they lack respect, they are liar, and is a shame because of a bunch of staff you lose the faith in the store...
