CVS - CVS #5187

I have a grievance with your company several months ago. I received a letter saying CVS had said that they do answer the phone. That is a deceptive answer, they answer only provider calls. Customer calls do not go through. I have brought it up with the staff at my CVS and the answer is...if we answered the phone we would get nothing done. Really? Why are they the preferred pharmacy for Silverscripts then? People who are sick and have a question such as: why is my Rx On Hold, have to stand in line 6 deep to get an answer. This with Covid still active! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. If you want to continue to be the preferred pharmacy, add staff to man the phones. CVS is the ONLY pharmacy in town that does not do so. Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, etc., all answer customer inquiries.

Desired outcome: Add enough staff so that customers can have their questions resolved on the phone!

CVS - Help?

I hate to complain but this is actually rather serious. I have never had a problem with cvs before in my life, but the one in Naples Florida on Vanderbilt Road really needs some help or something. I have cancer, and I have surgery coming up. On top of that I have peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet that is on a level that makes me pray to die. I have fibromyalgia and a bone spur on my spine between my shoulder blades that takes my breath away. On top of all of this I just had to go cold Turkey off of 4 doses a day of 15 mg of morphine because of this cvs being out. They said it would be ready today (after 5 days) so what could I do but lay in bed for 5 days waiting? They told me it can’t be transferred to another cvs because it’s controlled so I had no choice. I know it’s not your fault but I need to know if I should be getting my medication somewhere else or is this something that is not common and only temporary? I am new here. The CVS in North Carolina where I used to live never had this happen. I always had my medication refill before I was out. I have been out now for 5 complete days now with no hope in sight. Please help.
