In good faith I called and requested out of door price for of a cx-30 select advertised on your website, got a sheet with the various line items (thursday) final price $30,500. Vin number on the sheet, matched the car on the web, I wired the funds to Jenkins (friday). I don’t have transportation, so Justin said he will pick me up on saturday,
Saturday at 10:30, Justin called and told me he arranged for a guy to pick me up, should be leaving soon, I’m 20 minutes away, 12:30 came around, no guy, no call. So I called and texted. Now the BS started, I was told now that The cx-30 select on the web was sold last month, Justin only found out today when he went to get the car and could not find the keys, (BS), the only thing he could do is give me the cx-30 preferred for extra $2k, actually it cost more, but he will give me a break, and No select in the entire state and no cars coming in the next month. Talked to his manager Nikki, she gave me same BS. I told her what I want, a cx30, THAT I PAYED FOR, I will take the cx30 preferred, black/black at no additional charge. Nothing less.
I’ m beyond pissed, one part of the texting “ …. I will put your New Car to the back so new customer will touch it …”
I can go on more!
That is what is going to happen, a car at my door, latest noon Monday, or I will be calling an attorney, and file complaint with state and federal, I already filed with BBB. TV, Mazda america, anyone that will listen, I have all the time in the world.
Because I’m female and over 65, so lets take advantage.
