On September 9, 2023, Me and my wife were checking out at the register. Ken (Save-A-Lot Employee) was assisting with our check out. We had dividers for separate orders on the register. I explain to Ken that the orders were separate as he accidently charged me for one of my wife's items. Shortly after, Ken started developing an attitude toward us and throwing our groceries in to the shopping cart. After we paid for our items, Ken stated that, "Your not taking this shopping cart!" We only had a few items and we purchased bags, so we placed the items on the designated counter. At that time, my wife told Ken that he was very rude, and asked to speak with the Store Manager. My wife advised the Assistant Manager of Ken's behavior, but didn't seem to care. We told them we'll be writing a letter to corporate. Ken replied and stated, "Go ahead!" The Assistant Manager stated, "Have a good day!"
Desired outcome: A verbal warning should be issued to Ken, and the Assistant Manager should require training in customer service.
