Steak 'n Shake

Let me begin by saying I tried to order online but the website did not show the special so I had to call in the order. When we got to the drive thru they told us we had to come inside to get the order. I have a cold & did not want to get out of my car & go inside, but I had no choice. We walked into the restaurant & saw 2 kids size milkshakes in the carryout tray. I made a remark to the cashier & she said everyone complains about the size. When we got the burgers home I ordered no onions on mine but it came with onions. It also came with no condiments & the cheese was a little along the edges. The double burger was not there. It was like a think piece of meat with a tiny piece attached to one part of it. I called the manager & told him they do not even have small milkshakes on the menu just regular. He said yes, for this special they have small & large on the menu. This almost sounds like a bait & switch. The chef on the restaurant show would have thrown the meat on the floor & would have given the restaurant a stern talking to about pleasing the customer. If you offer a special don't piss off your customers by trying to cheat them. I don't know if I'll get a response since I saw you have 1600 unresolved complaints.
