Enhanced Recovery Company [ERC]

I am a resident of the apartment complex behind the ERC location in Orange Park, Florida. There are so many LOUD, rude, and just plain weird people that work there. I have to walk my children past that building to get to the school bus stop, there is no sidewalk and the employees of ERC are constantly speeding down a road that is supposed to be residential. Many times my toddler's stroller has almost been hit by a car! Some of them have the nerve to speed past children, don't stop for the school bus, and run the stop signs in the area. I have witnessed this myself many, many times. There have already been 2 incidents just this week. (Writing this on 09/09/2015) My neighbor has been into their office several times to ask them to have their employees slow down and drive more carefully. Some have slowed down but some don't even care. These driving issues are not the only issue that I have... their smoking area is RIGHT against the fence to our complex. Many times there will be a very large group of employees outside smoking together. We have to walk through this smoke cloud to walk to and from my child's bus stop, and sometimes I smell the smoke when I open my front door. Besides this, the people who stand around smoking are the ones who are so loud. If I can hear you talking, or even singing in my apartment with the doors and windows closed, that is a problem. One man has actually woken my toddler up from a nap several times with his horrible loud singing. Some of the people walking in and out of the employee doors in the back look so trashy. I have heard that some of them come to work high or drunk and it would not surprise me if that were true.

I have contacted the transportation department for the school to try and get the bus stop moved because these people are so unconcerned with the safety of the children who live in this area. I am so afraid a child is going to get hurt. It really is sad.

I am sure there are good people that work there... but these rude and inconsiderate people have made a very bad impression. I honestly would not want to do business with these people, or trust them with my personal information.
