First of all I schedule my delivery to be delivered to me on a Wednesday October 7, 2015 I was home cooking that morning when FedEx came n didn't ring my door bell n he just put the red tag on the door saying no one was home, and refused to come back. When I called the [protected] they said he will come back the next day between 5-8pm . Ok I agreed I get off work at 3:30 n will b home by 4 them crazy driver tried to deliver again at 2:55pm (WHAT PART THEY DONT GET) 5-8pm! So I called again now the customer services said per my zip code they don't deliver til 8pm what d (F*****%) I'll never used FEDEX as a deliver again please people don't used FedEx the people n the office have no ideal what the delivery man/guys are doing to the customers this is a bunch of crap.
