Let me start by saying that my decision to purchase a timeshare vacation package with this company was made under false pretenses. The representatives convinced me that should I ever decide to sell my timeshare, the company would take it back and sell it for me. This was a major selling point for me, as I wanted to ensure that I would not be stuck with a product I had no use for in the future. However, as soon as I signed on the dotted line, my experience with this company took a turn for the worse. Not only was I never informed of the costly maintenance fees that would be due each year, but I was misled about the actual value of the timeshare I purchased. I have only used the timeshare once since 2014 and have paid thousands in fees that were never disclosed to me when I agreed to buy this timeshare. The representatives have refused to take any responsibility for the lies they told me and have offered no real solutions to help me sell or get rid of my timeshare, even after I have offered to pay for help. I'm disappointed and frustrated at the way this company has treated me and other unsuspecting clients. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, and I like someone to take immediate action to rectify this situation. It is time for your company to take responsibility for the deception that has taken place and to make things right with me and all other customers who have had similar experiences. I am requesting that you release me from the obligations of my timeshare contract and allow me to move on from this experience.

We are making this complaint with a group of concerns, hoping that this will finally catch your attention and prompt you to take appropriate action regarding the numerous concerns that we have been raising with your representatives for quite some time now. Despite sending our complaints to your company, we haven't received any response or assistance from your end that will help us. This is highly frustrating. Our entire experience with your organization has been very disappointing. We feel utterly ignored and neglected, and our requests for solutions have been met with utter disregard. We don't believe that our issues are being taken seriously and it feels like we are going back and forth, with no results. We tried to contact you through various forums, including Consumer Alliance. While we got a response from someone in your team, they simply shrugged off our concerns and suggested that we reach out to the Better Business Bureau. We did as recommended, but even after doing this, we are still waiting for someone to help us. Our concerns are not something that can be set aside or overlooked. We have been facing problems with our timeshare, which are not only affecting our finances but also causing a great deal of mental distress. We have been trying to voice our issues, but your representatives seem completely indifferent to our plight. It’s time for your company to step up and deliver the assistance we sorely need. We, your customers, demand your attention and prompt action. We are entitled to receive a satisfactory resolution to our timeshare issues, and we won't be satisfied until we receive it. It is imperative that you address our concerns at the earliest possible. We need someone to contact us directly and work with us to find a solution to our problems.
Desired outcome: Cancel Timeshare and refund my money.
