On Saturday around 1 pm there was an altercation between me and customer about the system now allowing her transaction so she became upset and rude cursing me out and other customers was telling her it's not me it was the system. ms Jeannette was in the back doing the truck she tells us everytime she's back there she can't stop what she doing to handle petty situations so before she came it was 10 mins i had called her at least twice before she came during that time the customer was still curing me out at this point i tried to calm the customer she starts threatening me before she proceeded to leave until she seen that ms Jeannette was coming. Ms Jeannette automatically starts yelling at me other customers was tryong to tell her but she was not trying to listen i felt uncomfortable and unsafe . Only thing for me was to leave not once did she try to see what was going on. This is not the right way Management should handled situations like this one. I feel the need to involve my attorneys to investigate the policy of how Management are Trained and why was this situation wasnt handle properly. Multiple customers complains on how bad her attitude is and how she not good fit for a Manager position
