Westgate Resorts

On August 02, 2019 i had set up a vacation with westgate resort orlando florida "Westgate Resorts Official Vacation HeadQuarters". 3 day trip with 4 sea world tickets included order # 4052228. spoke to Kristal. i told her i wanted to switch the trip for a 7 day 6 night trip which included 2 disney tickets. there was no problem i was told it can be done. all this took place within an hour. She (Kristal told me talk it over with family then call back and give order number she gave me. called back in 15 minutes. spoke to a different person male cant recall his name. He told me i cant book my reservations because i was a guess there in the year 2008, and i cant use the promotion. I told him i was a guess of an owner and i never booked on my own. he then said me and my wife Daisy Martinez brought a time share from them and cancelled it, that's why i am being denied. I informed him we never purchased a time share, which he still denied us reservations. He then transferred me to a recording . I called back the next person i spoke to (male) also denied me reservation and denied me the right to speak to management. after while he put me on hold and never came back. I meet all requirements; married, make over $60k, major credit cards, and is a first responder. my experience was horrible and i will not let this go. i never purchased a time share. is it possible this resort used our credit card without our permission back in 2008 just to meet their quota then cancelled it, i don't know, but i nor my wife brought a time share. No need to. My brother owned the time share we stayed in, also my father lived in clear water florida at the time. so i didn't have any reason to be pressured into buying anything.
