I walked into the store and non one was behind counter. I edited 5 min and said “ hello” a young man came from the back. I was standing at register. He asked what I wanted but was interrupted by bread alarm. He had to get the bread out of oven. A girl showed up who had been outside on her phone this whole time. She asked me if I was being helped. I said I had been but the young man is getting bread out of oven She said very rude “ I was confused because you are standing at the wrong end. I said well I’m confused because no one was here She said. Oh no he was here. I said well he was in the back and didn’t come out for 5 minutes. I cancelled my order to her rudeness. I told heart I would file a complaint. She said. Good. That fine She clearly needs training this happened approximately 3:00 pm June 6,2023. Sign on door said restaurant manager is Shawn Madson
Desired outcome: Worker counciled on how to do her job and how to provide customer service
