Our DM Karen took our manager, leaving us without a manager for two months now I believe. If not longer! The Callaway manager was very unprofessional and rude towards the situation of us being short staffed and managerless. The new manager Larissa hasn't taken any initiative towards introducing herself or helping out. The employees of store 1204 Calli Junker and Mackenzie Southall have gone out of their way to take on fixing schedules, taking on overtime shifts and managing the store due to not having a manager. They deserve a raise because without them, store 1204 would be in shambles. This has caused almost every worker of store 1204 to put in their two weeks. Some already have or have already quit. There is no order due to short staff and a shortage of keys has also made it way harder on the employees than it needs to be.
Desired outcome: The employees need to be treated more fair.

The exact thing at our store in Picayune, MS everyone quit and they fired one upon lies. It’s sad
not to mention DM Karen is an alcoholic, i heard my store manager talking to Jona, another store manger about it, and not to mention she is homophobic(something else i have heard some of the other mangers talk about) she literally ran out everyone in the mall store, and the managers are still talking about the one employee who called her out still today. so glad i got my new job and recently left
