Cox Communications - Contour flex plan. I am paying for plan, but not receiving those channels. It is going on 6 days.

I called in on January 3, 2021. To this number (855) 774-4441. I talked to a sells Rep. This is her number she gave me after I declined the $89 plan for Contour Flex. [protected] Ext. 3484. I called back a day later in got the same plan for $59.90 a month. I called the 855 number. I fill like this has something to do with my Contour Flex channels not coming in. I keep getting told that their is a outage in my area. Then why am I getting the 75 Starter Channels. Please Investigate. I paid a $50 deposit. For basically nothing these last 6 days. The starter channels don't even show basic cable. my Account #[protected]

Desired outcome: I would like to receive the channels I am paying for.
