Optical Outlets

Anyone who needs new glasses is advised to avoid Optical Outlets. Please save yourself the frustration and anger that comes with believing it's not their fault your new (and paid for in full) glasses are now 2 weeks late while they've been parked at Optical Outlets shipping hub for the past 5 days which you only learned after calling VSP who were supposed to still be working on them in a back ordered lab. Apparently Optical Outlets has a history of practicing deception. It was them telling me my glasses would be mailed to my home no later than 2 weeks after my exam, them telling 4 weeks after my exam they were still at a VSP lab. Optical Outlets told VSP on my behalf they didn't know where to send them. Really?! Ayone who needs glasses all day every day on their face knows too well eye strain and tired eyes will only be damaged that much more with an out of date prescription especially compounded with the many hours of computer work daily. Go anywhere else and you will be GLAD you did.
