I had an appointment 2 weeks ago for eye exam. I had an eye exam 2 years ago there, so decided to go back. I waited an hour for my appointment. The doc was late coming in. When I finally I got in there I sat down on the chair while she looked at my old prescription and preceded to tell me nothing changed. Hmm... I don't understand she did nothing. Wrote me another prescription for the same as 2 years ago. She did nothing, did not exam my eyes not even to check if I needed a stronger reader. She got paid for doing nothing. I will be telling my health insurance who paid for it and report to bbb also optometry board. She did nothing! What is the world coming to. She was that lazy to not exam my eyes?

Optical Outlets - Manager at Titus Landing in Titusville Florida
Complaint is at the Optical Outlet at Titus Landings. I went there to get new glasses and after picking out frames and doing a 5 minute eye exam I waited 3 weeks for my glasses. When I got them I knew right away that they weren't right. I could not read fine print and thought that they had forgotten to add the bifocals to the lens. I took them back and told them the problem and right away the manager was being rude to me for no reason. She told me that I need smaller frames and stood behind me the whole time I was trying to find smaller frames making rude comments about which pair I should pick out. I was being pressured by her so the second pair I picked up I took just to get her off my back. She was insisting on the first pair I picked up but they were to small for my face. After choosing and retaking the eye exam (doctor said she tweaked them for me) I waited another 3 weeks for my glasses. This time my boyfriend picked them up for me and I wore them for a few days but still could not read fine print AND I noticed a bullseye in the middle of each lens. An actual bullseye! Not only that... I could not wear the small frames because they hurt behind my ears and gave me headaches. They were just to small for my head. I went back to wearing my old glasses and took the new ones back to Optical Outlet to tell them what's going on and as soon as I walked through the door the manager was instantly rude to me. I can tell you I was dreading having to face her again! She told me that this is the last time you are going to do this! She made me feel like this was all my fault! I just wanted glasses that I could see with! She was very rude in everything that she said to me. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said that I came at her? WHAT? All I did was tell her what was going on with the glasses! When I confronted her with her rudeness she became even more rude and told me to leave! I said great give me a refund and I will gladly go to Walmart! I'm just wondering if anyone else has had trouble with this manager? She does not treat her customers right and should be fired!
Desired outcome: manager needs fired!
