DailySale.com - Cancel and credit

Purchased a laptop from Daily Sales. It arrived in a manila envelope with a thin covering of bubble wrap! I plugged it in to charge it. When charged I sat down and lifted the the top and it came right on, I then touched some keys and noticed that numbers were letters and the keyboard was not working. Then the screen went black. I asked for a different one (I still don't think its the one I ordered) and then through many text mails polite and angry, I was told to go to insurance. I went to Clydes the insurance company, who sent me back a polite letter saying that I should forward the letter to Daily Sales as they should have covered the computer under their warranty. Daily Sales sent me an email stating their not covering it. Flyers won't cover it! I can go to the YouTube and see if they can help me fix it! The final straw was that I could take it in to my nearest shop and have it fixed myself! Nothing helps! Liars and thieves...

Desired outcome: I would like my money back for the laptop and 2 year warranty. Neither honored anything.

DailySale.com - Item not received

This company claimed that the item has been shipped by simply providing a tracking number. However, according to UPS the package was never received.

Daily sale did not provide a refund upon request (ignoring my emails). Their website claim to have great customer service in reality their customer service is nonexistent. No phone number to call (well actually according to BBB they do, but it hangs up on you immediately). No online chat, and emails take >3 days to reply, with a generic response with no help at all.

Avoid them like the plague! After they take your money they don't care.

Desired outcome: Cancel order and refund

DailySale.com - Weighted blankets

On November 14, 2019 I ordered 2 60x80 15lb weighted blankets for Christmas gifts. When the recipient called me about them they indicated there was no cover to remove. On the bag, which I have a photo of, indicated that it includes the removable cover. All that I am asking for is the covers for these blankets. I have emailed, Daily sales and trade linker several times and also called trade linker and they said they could not help me because you packaged them. All I am asking for is the covers. I paid with pay pal so they will be contacted if you don't respond.

DailySale.com - Iphone 4 8gb

WE ARE A DISABLED VETERAN HOUSEHOLD. I placed my first order with DailySale.com on April 2, 2019 and used PayPal to purchase a old iPhone 4 8 GB (more than 9 years old) to use for real estate as a "burner phone" to use with a real estate agent to sell my home. I did not want to use my personal phone number, as I am a caregiver for a disabled Veteran and need my personal phone free for emergency use and doctor appointments.

PayPal is supposed to give the customer protection guarantees, that is the only reason I use PayPa! I never received my phone, and my real estate was going "live" on MLS. I went to Walmart to purchase a burner phone, and contacted DailySale by phone (561-870-0016). You cannot leave a voicemail with DailySale, they tell you to email: support@dailysale.com. I asked Daily Sale by email to CANCEL my order on 4/12/2019, as it was stuck with USPS. Never heard from Daily Sale. I then cancelled the order with PayPal.

It was only after I filed a dispute with PayPal did a customer service rep "Vanessa", contacted me to close my case. That they cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. I had contacted USPS because my order was stuck in Florida for so long, they told me that the package was not actually delivered yet to USPS, only a label had been created. My phone finally arrived two weeks later, after I had purchased another phone and cancelled the order by email.

I spoke to USPS delivery man that the order he put in my mail box had been cancelled. He told me to mark the package, "REFUSED", and put it back in the mailbox for pickup. I did. Vanessa @ DailySale wrote to me after I had refused the package, to not mark "REFUSED" knowing full well I had already followed USPS instructions and they do not pay for returned mail. USPS told me that Daily Sale does not pay for return postage, that their shipping labels are paid for by Daily Sale as "Partial Select Lightweight". Post Office sent me an email that the package was disposed of because DailySale does not pay for return packages.

1. Daily Sale phone number: 561-870-0016 is not managed by real people. No Voicemail allowed, they refer customers to write an email to: support@dailysalecom
2. I contacted Daily Sale by email and did not hear back from anyone. Per USPS, only a label was created, the package was not yet sent to USPS to be mailed. That is why it was stuck in Florida.
3. I filed a complaint with PayPal that I cancelled the order and did not hear back from Daily Sale.
4. I heard back from "Vanessa" of Daily Sale and she tried to intimidate me to "cancel" my PayPal account. Not to send back the package, knowing full well they do not pay for returned packages.
5. I had already been in communication with USPS. They told me package label was created only, package finally arrived two weeks later after I purchased another phone @ Walmart.
6. Received confirmation by USPS that they disposed of the package because vendor does not pay for returned mail, and customer "refused" package, even though USPS advised me to refuse if I cancelled the order prior to receiving the package.

BAD COMPANY! BEWARE!

We are a disabled Veteran household and cannot afford to pay for products never received, and no communication from vendor.

Daily Sale disrespects disabled Veteran households by playing games with the customer.

DailySale.com - Peemont genuine white fire opaland diamond cross necklace

I ordered this necklace from you. I got it in mail today. The necklace is bent, and one opal, is crushed to pieces. How does a real opal get crushed ? It doesn't, this necklace is worth about 2.oo. if that. I want my money refunded. 14.00. Julie Doss, 202 W. Sectionline Rd. Apt # 206, Wayne City, Illinois, 62895. Don't try to tell me, its the mails fault. This product, is not what you pictured, as a beautiful cross necklace.

DailySale.com - HP chromebook 14 inch screen

I finally received my laptop order today. It was advertised as new with a 75% discount... Wow.
I read the entire website page to make certain it was not refurbished.
It arrived old, used, dirty, greasy and disgusting. I have no idea how anyone could possibly think or advertise it as new. Unfortuneatly, I have been scammed and most probably stuck with it. How sad there are so many crooks in the world... I'm out $156.74
And I thought I did my research on the company.
We don't live too far from their business address... Maybe a day trip is in order.

DailySale.com - No response I want refund. Not able to get a rma from you

I received a gold chain on 12-19-18 and tried calling you on 12-19, 12-20, 12-21 and phone is never answered by a live person. I can't find a way to chat with a live person on your website, and my email to support went unanswered. This chain is so paper thin and fragile and not what I expected. I want to return it immediately for a full refund and cannot seem to find a way for someone to help me. order [protected] placed order on 12-2-18 sku 10196-30"
