Faulty products with no satisfaction from customer service for four months
I purchased three items from Daily Sales and I have many emails between us but with delays and long response times trying to get some satisfaction with my order, I see no resolution to my situation. But after four months and still no headway, I will advise anyone to tell family, friends, coworkers, and anyone you meet to never try to deal with Daily Sale products. My purchase turned out to be nothing but problems for nothing but junk products.
Recommendation: Steer clear of purchases from this company.
False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Dailysale.com
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Dailysale.com. I was in the market for a new Hurricane Scrub Spinner, and I thought I found a great deal on their website. The picture looked legit, and the description said it was a Hurricane Scrub Spinner, so I went ahead and ordered it.
But when it arrived, I was pretty disappointed. It was some cheap knockoff brand that didn't even have a logo on it. I mean, come on! If I wanted a generic brand, I would have gone to the dollar store. And to make matters worse, Dailysale.com was still advertising it as a Hurricane Scrub Spinner on their website. Talk about false advertising!
I tried to contact them several times to get a refund or exchange, but it took them almost three weeks to respond. And even then, they refused to send me a return label. I had to file a complaint with Paypal just to get their attention. And in the end, it wasn't even worth it to send the stupid thing back because the shipping cost would have been more than the spinner itself.
I uploaded a picture of the logo from my real Hurricane spinner next to the knockoff one I received, just to show how different they were. And I even took a screenshot of the item on the day I purchased it, just in case something like this happened. I should have trusted my instincts and stayed away from Dailysale.com.
So if you're thinking about buying something from them, I suggest you do your research first. Don't make the same mistake I did and get scammed by these guys.

Unfortunately, the seller was not very helpful and seemed to be playing games with me via email. They kept asking me why I wanted to return the case, even though I had already explained in detail and provided pictures of their ad showing that I had purchased the phone case for Iphone 6, 7, 8, etc. They had sent me a case for Iphone 10 Max instead.
I tried to handle the return myself through their website, but the link they provided for the return label was blank. I reached out to Walmart representatives multiple times over the past two days, but they were not able to provide me with a working return label. Despite the fact that the return is showing as complete on their website, I have not been able to mail out the incorrect case because I do not have a mailing address or label.
To make matters worse, when I spoke to a representative just now, they told me that there were no supervisors available to speak to me. They also told me for the third time that I would have to wait another 24 hours for a return label. This is unacceptable and I have recorded all of my conversations with their representatives.
Overall, my experience with Dailysale.com has been horrific and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have escalated this issue legally and will not be dealing with them any further.

I also added a Double-Protection Plan for $43.90 and the website automatically included Shipping Protection for $16.98, which I didn't want but had no choice. The total amount I paid was $208.88. However, when the phone arrived, it was defective and kept rebooting itself every 3 minutes. I called tech support at Apple and spent the next 3 hours with them trying to fix the phone, but it was unsuccessful. Apple concluded that the only way to fix it was to send it to them for a fee.
I decided to get a full refund from DailySale.com and started filling out the proper forms on their "returns" website. However, I was shocked to find out that their refund policy had some hidden charges. Firstly, they charged me a $28.00 handling fee. Secondly, the Double-Protection Plan was non-refundable, even though it was not specified at the time of purchase. Lastly, the mandatory Shipping Protection was also non-refundable, which was also not specified at the time of purchase. The total refund I received from DailySale.com was $134.06, which means they kept $74.82 of my money after sending me a defective product that could not be fixed by the original manufacturer unless totally dismantled.
I cannot believe that this deceitful Company actually does business in the United States of America. Their refund policy is illegal in 50 states and in a court of law. These people are crooks, and need to be dealt with. I think DailySale.com defines the word "SERVICE" as something a bull gives to a cow. Hey, so I got an email from DailySale.com today after not checking out their site for a few years. I was like, "why did I stop coming here? They have some dope stuff at crazy low prices!" But then, as I started clicking on different products, I remembered why I stopped coming to their site in the first place.
Every time I clicked on a product to see the details, the site wouldn't take me back to where I was on the product page. It's like, come on, man! Ain't nobody got time for that! And to make matters worse, every time the page reloaded, it was in a slightly different order, making it even harder to keep track of what I had already seen and what I hadn't.

I gotta say, I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this one just had to be done. So, I ordered an iPad from Dailysale.com, and let me tell you, it was a real doozy. First off, I read some reviews that said the iOS software was outdated, so I wouldn't be able to download any of the good apps like Netflix or YouTube. Not cool, man. So, I decided to email them and cancel my order, but their website doesn't let you do that yourself. I waited and waited for a response, but nothing came. Five days later, they go ahead and ship my order anyway! What gives, right?
So, I figure I'll just return it when it arrives. But then, when I go to print out the return label, they charge me $16.25 for the shipping label! That's almost as much as I paid for the iPad itself! I was pretty ticked off, so I sent them an email to complain. But they didn't do anything to help me out. They just said that if I returned it, they'd keep that $16.25. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Talk about not caring about your customers, am I right?
And to top it all off, they sell old refurbished products that don't even work properly. I mean, what's the point of buying something if it doesn't even do what it's supposed to do? And if you do decide to return it, make sure you read their policy carefully. They basically say that if your package gets lost in the mail, tough luck, you're not getting your money back. So, all in all, I wouldn't recommend buying from Dailysale.com. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This website is a total disaster! I would not recommend doing business with them. I purchased an iPhone for my daughter and everything went smoothly. I will never do business with them again. I did not even want to give them one star because they do not even deserve that. The company does not value customer service. I mailed the product back to them three days after receiving it and tracked it so that I knew when it was delivered. However, after a week went by, and no refund was processed, I contacted them. They said they would look into it, but another couple of weeks went by with no word from them. I emailed them again, and they said there was an issue processing the refund because my iCloud account was still connected to the watch. They should have told me this in the first place and not waited for me to contact them. I then disconnected my iCloud account from the watch and emailed them to confirm that it was done. However, a week went by with no response, so I emailed them again. I was frustrated, so this time I demanded a refund as over a month had passed since they received my return. Still, no response. After another couple of weeks (it has now been a month and a half), I emailed them again, demanding my refund and accusing them of robbing me. Finally, within 24 hours, they sent me an email saying that my $64 refund had been issued. However, I have still not received the payment as of yet, but hopefully, I will within a few days.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Dailysale.com to anyone. Their lack of communication was very sketchy, and I believe that it was a way to exhaust the consumer into forgetting about a refund. The quality of their refurbished products was terrible, and their customer service was not helpful at all. Buyer beware.

Lo and behold, on Friday (11/18/2016), I received an email from "customer service" apologizing for the delay and promising to ship my order out that day.
Now, I don't want to discourage anyone from trying dailysale.com, but I do want to warn you to be cautious. The prices may be tempting, but the customer service is lacking. If you do decide to make a purchase, make sure to keep a close eye on your account and don't hesitate to reach out to them if you don't hear anything. And, if all else fails, remember that the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General are your silver bullets against scammers like these.

Lo and behold Dailysale has sent the wrong charger. I've made numerous attempts by phone and email to report this. I have yet to receive a response. Still getting text to buy the acer chromebook which is in stocks, but nothing on sending s charger or even an acknowledgement. Pleased get my charger.

I order two iPad over a week ago I received the tracking number the next day and I was supposed to receive the iPad yesterday. But when I track the items, the items were never shipped out I have been emailing them for over a week now no response to anything I will never order from here every again I'm going through my bank to cancel the transactions. Faulty vacuum cleaner.
The company is selling defective products under the guide that they have been "refurbished". We received a faulty vacuum cleaner that doesn't work, only a few months into using it. They customer service is claiming a 30-day returns window and even people that spot an issue within that window have to pay a fee for returning the product.
We initially had an issue with the vacuum cleaner not charging, shortly after buying it. We contacted customer service but decided to just but a new new chord at our own expense, which helped for a while.
The product then stopped working completely, and we got back in touch with custumer service. By then the 30 day window had "passed" and they refuse to refund the purchase, despite it being a faulty product and not a return for any other reason.

I gotta say, I've been trying to get in touch with Daily Sale for a while now, and it's been a real struggle. Overall, I'm pretty sure Dailysale.com is a scam. If you're considering making a purchase on their site, I would strongly advise against it. It seems like most of their 5-star reviews on other review sites are planted or bought. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this site.

I recently made a purchase from Dailysale.com on July 11th, 2021. I was excited to receive my refurbished Apple MacBook Pro MD101LL/A CoreI5-8 GB RAM and 500 GB Hard Drive. The total cost of my purchase was $479.11, which included a 2-year protection coverage with Clyde Insurance. However, when I received the product on July 15th, 2021, I was disappointed to find out that it only had 4 GB RAM instead of the 8 GB RAM that I had ordered.
I immediately contacted the business and requested that they send me the item I originally ordered. However, they informed me that they did not carry the 8 GB machine and only had the 4 GB machine available. This was clearly false advertising on their part, as they had advertised the 8 GB machine that I had ordered. They refused to provide me with a full refund, even during the 30-day refund/exchange period.
To make matters worse, they only offered me a $104.90 refund or $114.90 in exchange, and I had to pay all shipping and handling costs. This was unacceptable, and needless to say, I did not accept their offer. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid buying anything from Daily Sale Inc at all costs. This company is a sham and is fraudulent. They need to be shut down at once.
In conclusion, my experience with Dailysale.com was extremely disappointing. I will never do business with this company again, and I urge others to do the same. It is important to be cautious when making online purchases and to thoroughly research the company before making a purchase.

Yo, listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with DailySale.com. I bought an iPad from them and it was straight up trash. It kept shutting down on me, even when it was fully charged. I hit up their customer service and they straight up told me they wouldn't take it back. They said I had to get it fixed myself. So I took it to a repair shop and they tried to change the battery, but that wasn't the issue. It was the motherboard that was messed up. The dude said he could fix it, but it would cost me almost $300. That's more than what I paid for the iPad in the first place! So I was out of luck and out of money.
But that's not all, folks. I also bought some air buds from DailySale.com. I didn't go for the cheapest ones, but I didn't go for the most expensive either. I figured the middle range would be decent quality. Boy, was I wrong. These things were made in China and took forever to get to me. And when they finally did, they were straight up garbage. The battery only lasted an hour, tops. And they kept losing their signal. One ear would cut out all the time. It was a hot mess. And when I tried to get a refund or exchange, DailySale.com was like, "Nah, we don't do that."
So, if you're looking to throw your money away, go ahead and shop at DailySale.com. But if you want to actually get something worth your hard-earned cash, I suggest you look elsewhere.

On March 6, 2023, I purchased a refurbished iphone SE 2020 for $148.00, a Double-Protection Plan for $43.90, and the DailySale.com website automatically included Shipping Protection for $16.98 (which I did not want but had no choice), for a grand total of $208.88. The phone arrived defective, rebooting itself every 3 minutes, so I called tech support at Apple and spent the next 3 hours with Apple unsuccessfully trying to fix the phone. Apple concluded the only way to fix it was to send it to them for a fee. I decided to get a full refund from DailySale.com and began filling out the proper forms on their “returns” website, only to find out the following about their refund policy: 1) they charge $28.00 handling fee; 2) the Double-Protection Plan is non-refundable (even though its not specified at time of purchase); 3) the mandatory Shipping Protection is also non-refundable (also not specified at the time of purchase). The total refund from DailySale.com is $134.06, which means they are keeping $74.82 of my money after sending me a defective product that could not be fixed by the original manufacturer unless totally dismantled. They also do not provide a shipping label to send the item back, I had to pay the return shipping costs. This disgusting so-called Company actually does business in the United States of America? Are you kidding me? I think DailySale.com defines the word “SERVICE” as something a bull gives to a cow, not to mention the fact that their refund policy is illegal in 50 states, and a court of law.
Desired outcome: I don't have a problem paying the $28 re-stocking fee, although, if the item is defective like mine was, there should be no re-stocking fee unless the store plans to send the item back out to scam someone else!!!!

Beware… iwatch only stay charged for 3 hrs and when I asked for a full refund it was a problem. Gave me half my money back and had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Don’t waste your money on this terrible company. They confirmed they would give me my full refund and haven’t responded back to any emails acknowledging their shady practices. The cost of the watch is not worth the headache.

BE AWARE! I bought an iPad from this company and it did not work. It would shut down within minutes of turning on, even with full battery power. I contacted the company and they said that they would not take it back and that I would have to go get it fixed on my own. So I bought some in the $70 range. As it turned out, they were made and sold in China, so it took nearly a month to get to me. And when I got them, they were abolute crap. The battery lasts 1 hour at best, and they contantly loose their signal. One ear goes out all the time, repeatedly. They are absolute garbage. And again, the company will not do anything about it. I ordered once and the order got all mixed up and was sent cheaper product than I paid for. Still haven't gotten the product. I just now ordered and put in card number. You switched to a different number than authorized and I would like to know how you had access to this. Now you want to charge $1.00 with monthly recurring charges monthly. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I don't want any card held by you and will not order anything from you again. I can't trust you!
