Back in january 7, 2021 safelite had change my windshield. Then a few days went by I went to turn on my windshield wipers and I was not getting no fluid on the windshield. Took the car back to only find out. The technican did not hook it up and to only find out as well on the shoud, he broke the plastic clips and didnt replace then. So in June I went out of state coming back through GA. During all that rain during elsa I kept hearing this noise. The plastic windshield molding was flapping aganist the windshield. When I came back to florida. I took my vehicle to safelite on July 10, 2021. Spoke to them and I was told that the technican had press the windshield in too far and brook the clips. They said we will send a technican out on Tuesday July 13, 2021. The technican Todd came out on Tuesday. Looked at it and said he have to order clips. I called on Wednesday because nobody verified the clips was ordered. I called they didnt answer the phone. I stopped by and was told they will be in next week. I stopped by again on Monday July 19, 2021. They said it will be in by the end of the week. End of the week came still nothing. Called my insurance company they called safelite. They couldn't get a hold of them. So I was force to use another company. In one week time they got the parts ordered and installed and everything is fine. Plzzzzzz stay away from the location in Port Charlotte, FL... They do not stand behind there work at alllllll. They are the worst! I cant believe they are still in business... I hope this letter reach the CEO of safelite so they can see the type of work at there locations do.!
