Today Jan 20, 2019. I ordered food thru app I arrived and waited in the drive thru lane for 15 mins... I then went into the restaurant to pick up the food- another 20 mins my food was ready- by then it was cold and the milkshake was melted-I spoke to Marie the manager and she said we could come back another time and she would provide us dinners free- this was nice of her but I have had several like incidents at this port Charlotte location and I won't be returning there- I purchased these with a 25.00 gift card- would please send me a check for three meals and one shake and the remaining money on the card (and I will send it back to you) so I may go elsewhere to eat. In addition I keep hoping it will be cleaner inside the restaurant but it continues to be dirty. So I decided if it was that way again we would stop going- Thank you
