I sent a wire transfer to Gemini on 10/3/23; apparently the bank suspects fraud.
I understand they have to be cautious. This money, $86,000, is not fraudulent and they won't release my money. I have called several times and I'm told it's under review. It's been under review for a month now and they should have resolved it by now. I have talked to several people in the fraud department and they say they are not the ones who put it on hold and agreed that it's not fraud.
The branch manager (as I was told to go to the branch) called and was told it was on hold and we just had to wait.
These people don't know what each department is doing. They can't answer any questions. Terrible customer service.
Desired outcome: Release my money and deposit in my account.
