CVS - Pharmacy Not Answering Phone

I am a chronic pain patient due to a herniation in my spine and, later, a fusion to solve the herniation. I have been getting my medicine here since December of 21. I get a 15 day script each time due to the medicine and every 15 days, I'm stuck sitting on hold for 30+ minutes waiting on them to pick up. I've even had to transfer to another CVS location because the pharmacist at the Port Charlotte location said that they would not fill any of my medicine as "I didn't need it". I also have an issue now where everything requires a prior auth and they fight me on wanting to self-pay. I've currently been sat on the phone with the 2400 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, FL location for 52 minutes and counting (it's too the point that the automated system is messing up hard). I am very frustrated, pissed, and I'm very tempted to take this all the way to Corporate.

Desired outcome: I would like them to answer the phone (and I know they aren't busy because every time I go into to get my medicine, the phone is ringing off the hook and they refuse to answer) and I would like to be allowed to self-pay, as is my right.

CVS - Staff complaint

On 5/30/21 (9:30am), I entered CVS Pharmacy with my 2-1/2 year-old grandson to get cough medicine, after he coughed all night long and I was worried about him. The store was nicely rearranged and I was easily able to find the aisle for kids colds, which was in the very back. This made things somewhat easier since my high-energy grandson is into everything. As he kept dashing around, I had to keep asking or hollering for him to come back, don't touch, etc. The pharmacy was closed. After scrambling to try to decide which medicine to buy and trying to read the boxes, while constantly watching my grandson dash around & trying to control him, a woman came out of the office in which the door had been half open. She kindly asked if I needed help and I was thankful for her help. She immediately directed me to Mucinex rather than the CVS brand that I said I was considering. I began extensively questioning her about her recommendation because I know the drug store brands are usually very good & less expensive and pharmaceutical companies bring workers gifts to promote the sale of their products. She finally agreed that the CVS brand would be fine. I thanked her for her help and she seemed happy to help. I then went to the front to pay for this item and a female checked us out. The entire time, the staff saw me dealing with a highly-rambunctious child and had to struggle to find the right item and pay for it. We left and I was relieved to finally be able to get medicine into this very sick child. I put him in his car seat, another struggle getting him to not dash into the car lane, and then I sat in the driver's seat, quickly opened the box and when I went to read the directions, it was for Ages 4 & up. Now I am mad! The woman did all this talk about how the store was rearranged to provide all these areas in the back to consult customers and I get a [censored] who doesn't advise me properly when I'm dealing with a difficult, sick 2-year-older. I then had to take this sick child back into the store and start this grueling process all over again.

I reentered the store and handed the female the opened box of CVS dual cough syrups & told her that their female staff person in the back room advised me incorrectly. I returned to the back of the store and the women peered at me so I annoyingly told her that she let me get the wrong medicine and that medicine was for ages 4 & up. She said "I don't know his age." I was angry because she acted like an expert yet was inexperienced, wasted my time and now was putting me through a more difficult ordeal with a high-energy sick child who needed medicine and did not want to be in a store, especially one we just left, but rather outside playing. I sat back on the carpeted floor to study the medicines and was surprised & annoyed that the woman didn't come right over to direct me to the proper shelf. Instead, she sat on her tail-end and listened to me struggle with my grandson while I searched the shelves for the proper medicine. I spent quite a lot of time trying to locate it, meanwhile, my grandson tore 2 sales signs off the shelves so I scolded him for that but it didn't matter, he continued his grabbing & running around no matter how many times I told him to stop. I was trying to read tiny letting on 4-5 shelves of boxes of children's medicines while having to look over at my grandson every 5-10 seconds! He is quick & fast and I did not see any cart for him. I finally hollered to the woman, asking her where the 2-year-old cough syrups were and she responded "I suggest you call your pediatrician." Now I am really annoyed. Finally I find the proper cough syrups and have to struggle to read the information while trying to control a child that won't take no for an answer, is fussy every time he's told no and is into everything. I frantically & quickly tried to decide amongst one of the 5-6 choices, most appeared to have weak ingredients, while my grandson is still not behaving and, therefore, I must read just a few words at a time and then look to see what he's doing and tell him to stop. Thus, I had to made a quick decision rather than study then in full. I exited the area highly annoyed that I again had to again deal with more local incompetent, lazy, arrogant staff, as I've dealt with in Mafia-Controlled Punta Gorda for 24 years. The woman at the front was busy with a customer so we had to wait! As my sick grandson kept getting into everything, I made a comment that I need a leash for him (something I have always stated that I am against but in this particular circumstance, it was needed). At 10:00am, Joseph waited on me andI began complaining. He said not to yell at him and I said I wasn't then I explained that I was very upset with the idiotic, lazy, arrogant staff person who didn't immediately come to help nor came over at all, but instead sat on her tail-end & listened to me struggle to try to attend to a rambunctious child while searching for medicine for him. Then when I asked for help, she had the audacity to make an arrogant comment instead of showing me where this medicine was located! She had her back up in the air because I made it very clear that I was annoyed that she directed me to the wrong medicine and that she should have asked me his age. Joseph had me sign a slip for a refund which required I provide my name. Meanwhile my grandson is being defiant & still touching & grabbing things. He didn't want to leave so I took his arm and pulled him along. He began throwing a fit and I continued to walk him out of the store. I did nothing that would have injured my grandson and for anyone to file an abuse complaint regarding this incident is being purely vindictive. I have an injured shoulder and am not going to pick up a fighting child to have my shoulder ripped out of place.

I had full intentions on filing a complaint against this staff person and even said it out loud while in my car & leaving CVS so that all the Mafia cops & Drug Cartel Thugs would overhear it since they listen into all my devices. Now (5/31/21) I learn, that a Staff Person filed a child abuse complaint against me. How disgusting & pathetic! Fire them! For 8 years, I have been fighting, reporting & filing evidence against the Crime Family who's controlling most all businesses, jobs, courts, banks, churches, state attorney's office, clubs, schools. police, etc. in Charlotte County after 24 years of my life have been stolen & terrorized. Trump & Intelligence Agencies have it all. I am tired of dealing with incompetent arrogant Crime Family workers throughout Punta Gorda and when I am confronted with more nonsense, it's rather difficult to be nice to people who likely are part of this Criminal Enterprise. You don't make any money here for any length of time unless you're serving or friends with the Mafia, otherwise, your life is terrorized. They are going to get into your life and control it, one way or the other. Yes, I am angry that the nonsense goes on & on and No Arrests have been made while Intelligence Agents are enriching themselves with an 8+ year investigation and massive evidence to make tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of arrests. I guarantee that CVS is infiltrated, just as Walmart is and most businesses.

Desired outcome: Written Apology to Cynthia O’Hara, 839 Via Formia, Punta Gorda, FL 33950

Update (6/5/21) to 5/31/21 Complaint, I feel it is important for you to know that Joseph went back & forth with me when I bashed the lazy, incompetent, arrogant woman in the back who refused to help me. He continuously defended her & insulted me. The cowardly female cashier clearly had an allegiance to him and took his orders. I could see the 3 of these workers conspiring to protect one another over the incompetency of the female in the back, the fact that I wouldn't shut up about her nonsense and using the Cowardly Cashier as the person to make the call to Dept. of Children & Families because I refused to allow my grandson to run the show, tear down everything in sight & fling himself all over the place because I was ready to leave and he wanted to continue to destroy things (an ongoing problem, which I have been working to correct, after he was kidnapped & starved by his Crime Family mother for 6 months). The Cowardly Cashier was clearly a puppet to Joseph and he was going to defend his staff, no matter what. Does CVS understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE? I would like the full names of all 3 of these staff persons. Please email to: cindyinpgi@comcast.net
