Sanford FL McDonalds - 4/8/23 Saturday 130pm When to app. Placed an order. Went to Sanford drive thru. Waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker. Told them my App code. Said TY pull forward. Waited 10 minutes to get to first window and told crewman my name and number. Waived me thru. Got to final window and they deleted my order! How does that happen. Waited 25 minutes plus for nothing. Had paid for the meal on app. I am not looking for anything for free. I used to work at MCd's as a kid. Hope this helps Scott G.
Desired outcome: Be better at fast service. I must say I have had no trouble like this before at any store.
