What a joke. They don’t care about your well being, only what’s inside your wallet. I simply wanted to sign up for a gym for a monthly membership, then I get pulled aside and they try to offer me personal trainer sessions. I wasn’t really interested but the guy was so persistent that I gave in and said that I would try the “1” personal trainer session for $20. A few signatures later and now I’m locked into a ridiculous 6 month personal contest for $1,000! Are you freaking kidding me?! I’ve heard stories before but never thought I would be fooled into such an unethical situation. Who does this to someone?! Oh and the best part is when I go to confront the personal trainer salesman that conned me into signing this ridiculous contract, he says I’m sorry and come see me in six months when your term is complete lol. Based off of every review I’ve read it looks like I’ll be charged another $2000-$3000 before they decide that they are done taking my money. Thanks EOS Fitness, I will never trust another gym for the rest of my life. You have officially ruined any faith I have ever had in gyms. And you can bet that I will tell everyone that I can about how ruthless your gym is!
EOS Fitness - Over charge
Since August 2022 I been trying to cancel my membership, it been 6 months I been calling every month and was told it was going to be taking care of and I was going to be reimburse for the mistake always assuring a manager will contact me, I go in person to have this resolve and they say they can’t find any note and that it takes 30 day to cancel. I been trying to cancel for 6 months! And Of course no supervisor available and nothing they can do. I asked for corporate number and they told me corporate does not handle this type of situation. This is beyond ridiculous. Somebody has to do something they can’t keep getting away with this.
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed and not be charge ever again
EOS Fitness - Customer services incompetence
Let’s see. I been a EOS membership black card holder with additional guest privileges since the start of there grand opening over the summer. Every time I bring my guest plus one, I get stop as if I am violating the law or something although I pay for the enhance services that allows me to bring the additional guest.
Their staff are not familiar with the products or packages they are supposed to be selling nor the system on their end prompts them that certain guest memberships have this enhance feature.
I was addressed by the so-called GM who did not even know they offer these services, and this was a GM.
They get a big fact F for customer services and unfriendly gym environment. The introductions at the front desk will tell you from the start what type of gym this is, and I was not impressed at all.
