Chrysler - new car sales and owed promise

Hello, long story short we bought a new 2019 Dodge Charger GT on November 10, 2019. The only way they could close the deal with us was to promise us (which we have in writing) was to put racing stripes on the new car. They told us to come back in about 2 weeks and the stripes would be put on and also the car would be detailed cause it was dirty from sitting on the lot, also there were dings in the door that need paint touch up and sap in the roof of the car that they were supposed to buff out. Not acceptable for a new car but I trusted them because this was the second car I bought from them. Well after multiple calls to them and getting the run around from one person to the next. The salesman told me to get an estimate on the price of putting the stripes on and let him know and he would summit it to his supervisor. I made an appointment and my wife took time off of work to go get the car looked at and got an estimate. We contacted the salesman and he said he would send it over to his supervisor. His supervisor said no, they could get it done cheaper with their third party person. Ok but it has now been over 3 months and no contact, when I call they send me to voicemail and never call back. I have tried to get the DM to call me, no response. I have filed a complaint with BBB and they have investigated and have tried to get contact with the dealership. The dealership did not even respond to their letter so the BBB put a call into the dealership and still no response. What kind of business practice is this? I have spent 40, 000 at this dealership and this is the way they treat their customers. I will be including the paper that was given to me at signing stating that they owe us racing stripes. It should not take 3 months to try to find a 3rd party person to put the stripes on when I was able to find someone that could have had it done within the week. Actually the company that we found also does this work for another local Dodge dealer. I am not reaching out to Chrysler I hopes that you will hold this dealership accountable for their lack of customer ethics. This is unacceptable to be treated this way and I expect to receive what is owed to me. I can be reached at [protected] or email [protected]@ymail.com. Thank you for your time and I look forward to a response.
