I had a free training session I was offered and decided even though expensive to start a personal training. Even though the one I did was free. Once at counter they wrote the contract out, and then said made a mistake and did it again, so I signed twice as many times as I had too. Don't know why but anyway I was told I had 24 hrs to change my mind, I text the personal trainer which is called Alex at the Hillsborough location and he texted me right away it's too late I signed for it and account is something about frozen, not sure what he meant but got no other response when I told him about the 24hrs, I called the [protected] and it keeps ringing. I emailed crunch and hope they won't charge my account except for the monthly membership 28.95. I've been a member for 9 months, I hope I don't have to cancel my membership and go elsewhere, because I like it there, but I am doing everything by the book it's well withing my 24 hrs, I was at gym at 930 am and it's 320pm now, same day. I haven't contacted no one yet to cooperate, but hopefully this will be resolved. Thank you. Ivan Toro crf383615.

Hi. I would like an email address to complain to someone at your corporate location. I moved from the us to the UK in July. I contacted crunch fitness to cancel my membership. And was told that I could email the location to cancel I confirmed that I could do this via Facebook messenger
I then emailed again to cancel and didn't get a reply.
Crunch continued to charge my account for the money. Without my knowledge.
I then get an email from collections Despite my having thought to have cancelled my account
I then get a call from a very rude woman called Nikki
Telling me I can't cancel over the phone or email. They need a signature I explained that I can't facilitate that Cause I can't just pop to the location as I'm 4.5k miles away As I'm in a different country
I've just had to pay an over due fee. For no reason. As you should have cancelled my membership
I want this money refunded I was told the reason it wasn't cancelled was that the previous person didn't manage the inbox. How is it my problem that emails aren't monitored previously
I followed all steps to cancel I was advised from a different country
And neither the manager or the general manager were willing to help I want Refund if this money
