Culver's - Food allergy

Store number 635. 2470 South falkenburg Tampa Florida 33619 phone number [protected] order was taking January 12th 2023 at 8:12 p.m.
I went through the drive-thru specifically ordered a cod fillet sandwich meal and ask for no lettuce and no tartar sauce. I also ordered two double butter burger meals.

Because I wasn't giving a receipt after my card was swiped I wasn't able to verify that I was charged incorrectly for the wrong sandwiches I was charged for a deluxe sandwiches and not the butter burgers. Biggest difference between the deluxe and the butter burger is that there is no mayonnaise on the butter burgers.
Food allergy to egg that is the reason why I specifically said no tartar sauce and I ordered the burgers that I ordered not only was I charged for the incorrect food but I also had mayonnaise dripping from both burgers and tartar sauce all over the fish sandwich.

After I drove 15 minutes to get home and realize the error I called the restaurant because I knew I wasn't going to be able to eat my food but I was possibly able to salvage part of the burgers for my children. The store manager Shay simply said that she would give me a credit of food I said no I want it a refund on just the fish sandwich because I was going to be the only one who wasn't able to eat so since I couldn't actually eat I didn't want to pay for that food. She said the only way that she could credit me is if I came back to the restaurant I told her it's not worth the gas money I'm tired and I don't want to go back could you please credit them card just for the fish sandwich. She said she can't do it without actually swiping the card. Maybe this is true but regardless in 2023 with all the technology that this industry has in order to tap, swipe, or chip read your data there should be a way to credit a simple fish sandwich. My order was $53.37 it's ridiculous that people are spending this much money to not even be able to eat. Oh yeah and I asked for cheese curds and I got fries instead and I think that's a upcharge too... It's beyond annoying at this point to deal with a drive-through restaurant that charges the same amount as a sit-down restaurant and still be given crappy service and food that you can't even consume.

Desired outcome: I want my refund and I don't want to deal with that store or the manager
