A Mix of Experiences at Culver's
As someone who appreciates good food and friendly service, I must say that Culver's offers a mixed bag of experiences. While some customers rave about the great burgers, tasty custard, and welcoming staff, others have faced challenges like long wait times, order mix-ups, and disappointing customer service. It seems that Culver's has the potential to shine with its delicious offerings, but consistency in service delivery remains a concern. If you're willing to take a chance, you might just find yourself enjoying a delightful meal at Culver's.
I screamed!
5/1/2024 @ 8:06, we ordered 2 strawberry cement mixers and a pup cup at the Plainfield Indiana store via the drive up window. We received our order, and it was correct. However, the cement mixers were just that — tasted like cement, or rather a waxy taste that left a residue on the spoon and on our taste buds. Normally these are great, but not tonight! But hey, the puppy did not complain about her pup cup! 1 out of 3 is not bad in today's world, right?
Recommendation: I have always loved Culver's ice cream, but tonight not at all. We will go back but may be a while.

Reated burgers
I am a loyal customer but since I moved to florida I can't get a fresh juicy burger the main reason I come to culvers is because of their fresh burger I can get a dry REATED burger anywhere sure wish florida locations would make them fresh like in wisconsin I know I am wasting my time writing this but it makes me feel better your pushing your customers away
a mistake at take out order.
we were in Rockford mi and went thru the drive thru. We order 1 hamburger 1 grill chicken sandwich 1 order of fries small 1 small chicken tenders 1 small sprite 1 small coke. We received 1 hamburger 1 grill chicken sandwich1 order of small fries 2 orders of chicken tenders. no drinks. she said at the take out price is 24.60 when we went to pay it was 28.40. He didn't say anything thinking it was a tax. It took 15 minutes to straighten out the order in the mean time the food we had was already cold. Poor service. the manager did say he will refund the difference.
Recommendation: have the take out clerk verify the order
Disappointing Service at Culver's: Ignored Orders and Slow Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Culver's. This ain't my first rodeo with bad service, but this time was just plain ridiculous. The first time I came in, the girl at the register straight up ignored me when I tried to order. I mean, come on, I'm standing right there! Eventually she begrudgingly took my order, but her attitude was just plain rude. I figured maybe she was just having a bad day, so I decided to give Culver's another chance.
Big mistake. I came back a second time, hoping for better luck. I ordered my food and waited patiently, but it seemed like everyone else was getting their food before me. Two other customers came in after me and got their food before I did! I mean, what the heck? I was starting to get pretty hangry at this point, so I finally spoke up and asked what was going on. The staff just looked at me like I was the problem, and I was getting pretty fed up.
Finally, I asked for my money back and just left. The manager didn't seem to care at all, just gave me a half-hearted apology and sent me on my way. I mean, seriously? I don't have to put up with this kind of nonsense. I work in retail myself, and I know how important good customer service is. Culver's clearly doesn't get it. I won't be going back anytime soon, that's for sure.
Mixed Experience at Culver's: Dry Chicken Sandwich, Cold Fries, but Heavenly Frozen Custard
ME THIS TIME. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was dry as a bone. I had to drown it in ketchup just to get it down. And the fries were cold and soggy. I don't know what's going on with the kitchen staff, but they need to step it up. Maybe they're too busy chatting with each other instead of focusing on the food. Who knows?
But despite the slow service and disappointing food, I keep coming back. Why? Because Culver's has the best frozen custard around. I always get a concrete mixer with vanilla custard, Oreos, and hot fudge. It's heaven in a cup. And the portion sizes are huge, so I always have leftovers for later.
Overall, Culver's is a decent fast food joint. Just be prepared to wait and double-check your order before leaving. And definitely save room for the frozen custard. It's worth the trip.
Disappointed with the Decline in Quality and Service at Culver's: A Review
Culver's used to be one of my favorite places to eat when it first opened years ago. As a former manager of Chart House restaurant, I know what good food and proper service should be like. However, during the beginning of COVID, Culver's declined to a point where I do not wish to go and spend more than twice the price before COVID. It's hit or miss.
Just five days ago, I spent $30 on three meals, and everything was like before - great. However, when I went there alone, I waited way too long and watched a girl come out, walk past me with a few bags around the corner, then to a car in front, handing bags to them. After a while, she got handed back the bags, and finally came to me. She handed me the bag, but I said I did not want it because of handing it to others. She told me to have a nice day and walked away. I could see that my food was not right. It was not warm, and it was 90-something degrees outside. I went home and threw it away.
All you get is a call back, which I received once before from the store. They deny everything. I'll add Culver's to McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King. They were all once good, but now they're all lousy. It's a shame. Trust me, if you go, you'll regret it. The company never handled anything. It's like a company of grifters.
Overall, I am disappointed with the decline in quality and service at Culver's. While I had a good experience just a few days ago, my most recent visit was a complete disaster. The food was not prepared properly, and the service was slow and unprofessional. I hope that Culver's can improve its quality and service in the future, but until then, I will not be returning.
Inconsistent Orders and Poor Customer Service at Culver's
Me and my husband, we like to go to Culver's, even though it's a bit of a haul for us. It's like 20 minutes away, but we don't mind because the food is good and it's a good spot to stop after my husband's doctor appointments. We don't mind waiting in the long lines at the drive-thru because we know it's worth it. But lately, we've been having some problems with our orders. The last few times we've gone, they've messed up our orders completely. The first time it happened, we went back into the restaurant and the manager made us a new order. It was nice of them to do that, but it took a long time and it was inconvenient. The next two times we went, we checked with the server to make sure everything was there, but we still ended up missing some items. It's frustrating because we shouldn't have to go through the bag to make sure everything is there. And on our last visit, they put a lot of food in a small bag, so it was impossible to check without taking everything out. And sure enough, some items were missing.
I called to speak to a manager about it, but I got hung up on twice. I thought they would at least be interested in hearing about a customer's problem, but I guess not. After giving Culver's a few chances, we've decided we're not going back. There's a Cracker Barrel right across the parking lot, so we'll go there next time. It's a shame because we really liked Culver's, but we can't deal with the mistakes and the bad customer service.
Disappointing Experience at Culver's: Poor Customer Service and Inaccurate Orders
When you go to Culver's, you expect to get what you paid for, right? Well, let me tell you, that's not always the case. I ordered a kids meal and was disappointed to find out that I didn't get the custard that was supposed to come with it. Why? Because the person taking my order didn't bother to ask me what kind of custard I wanted. It's like they don't care about their customers or something.
I've been going to the same Culver's in Show Low, AZ for a year now, and every time I order two kids meals, I'm never asked what kind of custard I want. It's like they're trying to save a few scoops of custard and increase their bottom line. I mean, it's not a lot of money at one time, but it adds up over time. It's like they're trying to cheat their customers or something.
And that's not all. The last time I went to Culver's, the person taking my order told me that I had to tear the free scoop coupon from the paper bag the kids meal comes in and bring it back to her in order to get the custard that was supposed to come with the meal. I mean, seriously? That's just ridiculous. It's like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible for their customers to get what they paid for.
And don't even get me started on the burgers. Every time I order a single burger, they give me a double. Every time. It's like they're trying to upgrade me or something, but I don't want an upgrade. I just want what I ordered. But it's too much trouble to complain, so I just eat it with no complaints. It's like they're counting on me not to complain or something.
Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Culver's. It's like they don't care about their customers or something. I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.
Culver's Lawrence, KS: Disappointing Service and Attitude
This review is for the Culver's location in Lawrence, Kansas. I'm a regular customer at this location, and I recently had a coupon for two butter burgers for the price of one. Unfortunately, I'm lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese, so I ordered my burgers with no cheese. I made sure to tell the counter person that I wanted no cheese, and my receipt even stated "NO CHEESE." I was getting my order to go, so I didn't check my burgers until I got home. When I opened them up, I saw that they had cheese on them. I was disappointed, but I understand that mistakes happen.
I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, and the owner, Mark, answered the phone. I explained the situation to him, but he seemed more concerned about the fact that he doesn't make much money on corporate coupons. He told me that he doesn't like these coupons and that butter burgers come with cheese by default. He also said that the kitchen makes this mistake frequently. I live about 20 minutes away from the restaurant, so I couldn't just go back and get a new order. Mark said he would send me coupons for a free meal, but I never received them.
I was disappointed that I didn't get an apology from the owner, and I also sent an email to customer service two weeks ago but never heard back from them. I don't need their attitude since there are so many other burger places in Lawrence that are much nicer. If I get any more coupons in the mail, I'll give them to a needy person.
Disappointing Experience at Culver's: Missing Items, Lies, and Poor Customer Service
I went to Culver's the other day and had a bit of a frustrating experience. The train cashier at the drive-up had to repeat my order twice, but still managed to forget to add bacon to my Double Cheeseburger. On top of that, the receipt said I ordered ketchup, but there was none in the bag. After waiting outside for what felt like forever, a boy came out and told me there was still no bacon on the receipt, so he went back inside. A big female manager came out, looking dirty and disheveled with messy hair and a dirty apron, to charge me an extra 50 cents for the bacon. I gave her a dollar and waited some more.
When she finally came back out, she said everything was in the bag, but when I specifically asked if there was extra tartar sauce for my fish sandwich, she said yes, even though there wasn't. I drove 35 minutes home only to find out that there was no ketchup for my cheeseburger and no tartar sauce for my fish sandwich. I spent $27.78 for this disappointing experience.
I called Culver's and spoke to a male manager who said he would put me on the guest list for a free cheeseburger and fish sandwich. He put me on hold and came back to tell me that the female manager had packed the bag herself and that the missing items were actually in the bag. This was the second time someone at Culver's had lied to me that day, and they refused to replace my food. I had no other choice but to dispute the entire charge on my Visa, post my experience on multiple websites, and file a formal complaint with district headquarters against this manager.
As someone who has worked in forensic psychology for over 30 years, I can tell you that this manager likely has a personality disorder and has no problem lying on impulse, which is an antisocial trait. This is not her first conflict with lying, and she probably has a history of legal trouble, multiple tickets, restraining orders, and arrests. The male manager who issued the replacement sandwiches was likely overridden by her. Due to her rudeness at the restaurant, we recorded our phone call when the manager granted us replacement sandwiches and put my name in his guestbook. Hopefully, someone in higher management will listen to their conscience and make things right.
Terrible Experience at Culver's in Adjusterfield Township: Cold Food, Argumentative Staff, and No Apologies
I gotta say, I've been to Culver's a few times, but my most recent experience was a real doozy. I reached out to them a couple of times to let them know what happened, but I figured I'd share it here too. So, me and my family went to the Culver's in Adjusterfield Township at Hall Road and 94 around September 30th. When we got there, everything seemed fine. We ordered our food and sat down to wait. But we waited for about 20 minutes, and when my son went up to ask where our food was, two young men started arguing about who was supposed to get it for us. Finally, a little blonde young man gave it to him, but when he brought it to the table, it was cold as ice.
I took it back to the counter and watched as the two guys argued with the cooks about who was supposed to take the food out to the customers in their cars. I saw one of the young men throw away three bags of food before a young lady finally grabbed a tray from me and asked what the problem was. I told her the food was cold, and she said she'd make it again to go. But I said no, I wanted to make sure they weren't just going to reheat my food. So I waited another 15 minutes before somebody finally started to remake the order.
When I sat down to eat it, the fries were still cold as ice, and the hamburger tasted like someone had dumped a whole salt shaker on it. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. No one apologized, and to top it all off, we ordered a Sunday, and it was melted to liquid. All of this cost me over $20 for three hamburgers, one fry, one pop, and two Sundays. I was so upset. I've never been treated like that before. The cooks were arguing and swearing, and the girl even locked the door at 8:30 so no one else could come in and order food. There was enough staff, but no one wanted to work. It was just a big old joke.
I used to love coming to Culver's, but after this experience, I don't know if I'll ever go back. It's a real shame because I used to enjoy their food and their service. But if this is how they treat their customers, then I don't want any part of it. Thanks for letting me vent, but this was just uncalled for.
Culver's Restaurant Review: Good Food, Noisy Atmosphere, and Disorganized Staff
Culver's is a restaurant that I recently visited and I have to say, it was quite the experience. First off, let me just say that this place is not for the faint of heart. The prices are a bit steep, but I guess you get what you pay for. However, I did have a few issues with my visit that I feel the need to share.
Firstly, the staff seemed a bit disorganized. My order was messed up twice and it took quite a while for them to fix it. Secondly, the restaurant was quite noisy. There were a lot of people talking loudly and the music was blaring. It was hard to have a conversation without shouting.
Another issue I had was with the cleanliness of the restaurant. There were a few tables that hadn't been cleaned and the floors were a bit sticky. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely could have been better.
Despite these issues, the food was actually pretty good. I had a burger and fries and they were both cooked perfectly. The burger was juicy and flavorful and the fries were crispy and delicious. I also tried one of their frozen custards and it was amazing. It was creamy and rich and had a great flavor.
Overall, I would say that Culver's is worth a visit if you're in the area. Just be prepared for a bit of chaos and noise. And make sure to try their frozen custard, it's definitely worth it.
Culver's: Delicious Food and Friendly Atmosphere
Culver's is a great place to grab some delicious food. Their menu has a lot of options, so there's something for everyone. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the fries are crispy and golden. I also love their frozen custard, which is creamy and rich.
The atmosphere at Culver's is casual and friendly. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. It's a great place to go with friends or family, or even on your own.
One thing I really appreciate about Culver's is their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference in the food, and it makes for a really satisfying meal. Plus, the prices are reasonable, so you can enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank.
Overall, I highly recommend Culver's to anyone looking for a tasty, satisfying meal. Whether you're in the mood for a burger, fries, or frozen custard, you won't be disappointed. So head on over to Culver's and enjoy some delicious food today!

Pricing was incorrect and service was less than great
on 04/09/2024 I took my mom through the drive thru. We ordered a kid's meal and she put everything through as singles thus charging us 9.54 instead of 7.55. Along with that, we ordered a chocolate that goes along with the meal. We never received it. We had to go back through the line to get that as well. Never an apology. Was there this evening 12-23-23 ordered a bacon cheese burger and a regular cheeseburger with fries & onion rings. There were only 3 cars in front of me not a long line at all and the parking lot was fairly empty.
I used the drive through as I was going to eat at home.
Upon arrival at home I was surprised what I found. The burgers were cold, bunds were dry and cold. Bacon was inot to be eaten. Looked like the burgers were made hours before and shoved in the bag.
I paid $18 dollars for a dinner that I could not eat!
Usually the food is good and served hot but the last two times we got stuck with no dinner. If I had ordered there to eat in I could have had them correct the awful food but was not driving back.
I would like to be reimbursed
Otherwise I will no longer be a customer

Butter burger
Hello! I order through the drive through a butter burger. I asked for just ketchup pickles and Mayo on it and no butter on the bun and don’t toast it because I have a dairy allergy. They gave me a toasted bun with lettuce, pickles and mustard on it. I came around they fixed the issue and gave me a new burger. When I went to take a bite the inside was very pink like it was barely cooked. I had to heat it in the microwave to make sure it was fully cooked. Not too happy.

I have been coming to Culver's for a long time. Remembering back when the food was hot and fresh I wouldn't think twice to go to Culver's for lunch or dinner. Lately the food has been terrible. I went to locations such as Huntly,Carpenterville,Sycamore and Algonquin IL. I usually order value basket hamburger. Today I went to your location in Carpentersville for lunch. Well,h hamburger was cold, dry and obviously sitting for awhile. Fries are always cold. This is supposedly made fresh to order. Not anymore. I've experienced this same quality at your other locations too. I would hope this helps to improve your service. Thank you
About Culver's
One of the things that sets Culver's apart from other fast-food chains is its commitment to using fresh, never frozen beef in its ButterBurgers. This ensures that every burger is juicy, flavorful, and cooked to order. Additionally, Culver's uses only the finest Wisconsin cheese in its dishes, which gives them a unique and delicious flavor.
Another standout feature of Culver's is its frozen custard, which is made fresh throughout the day in small batches. The custard is incredibly creamy and rich, and comes in a variety of flavors, including vanilla, chocolate, and seasonal flavors like pumpkin and peppermint.
Culver's also offers a wide range of other menu items, including chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, salads, and sides like onion rings and fries. All of the food is made to order, ensuring that it is fresh and hot when it arrives at the customer's table.
In addition to its delicious food, Culver's is also known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The company prides itself on providing excellent customer service, and its staff members are always happy to help customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
Overall, Culver's is a fantastic fast-food chain that offers delicious food, high-quality ingredients, and excellent customer service. Whether you're in the mood for a ButterBurger, some cheese curds, or a scoop of frozen custard, Culver's is the perfect place to satisfy your cravings.
