Extended Stay America

We have been here for two weeks and have not had our beds changed once, after I have repeatedly asked over and over. I can't get towels most of the time as I am told that they aren't any clean because they have not washed today and it's 10 at night. I pay $1032 for 7 days and can't get clean sheets for me and my children. I've asked to upgrade and was told that there are no rooms available, but I watch guest check in with no reservations get the very rooms that I ask for, insane! I asked for kitchen dishes to cook and was given aq cup with 3 spoons, 3 forks and 3 knives. then they gave me one frying pan when I went back. I was given no plates, bowls, cups, pots, kitchen utensils, pots nothing even after asking. I was given linen unfolded and she was also unsure if they were clean when she gave them to me. This is the worst experience i've ever had. Myself and my 3 kids are displaced at the moment "meaning homeless" and I am made to feel like we don't matter as I also hear the front desk clerk call and ask people about their check in and if they need anything but I have to damn near beg for the essentials and then put on hold to take other guest until she is done. Also I have placed a wake up call everyday at 5:15 and 5:30am and they have only followed through once, I also told them on day one that the phone cord is broken and it was ignored. The treatment in this hotel is disrespectful. The floors in my room are stick and nasty as housekeeping will not and has not been in this room and cleaned it in two weeks. I know have the Pink Eye which is an infection in my left eye because of the dirty sheets and room. I will be creating a blog about this incident because it is rediculous! Druemia D
