Hello,
I arrived a few minutes early for my daughter's appointment and began filling out the check-in forms when I was constantly interrupted by a lady who appeared to be the facility manager, named Priscilla.
As I was trying to diligently fill out all three forms, she insisted that I only needed to sign them and that I didn't need to fill in any details or read what they were for. This seemed incredibly unprofessional and dismissive of my desire to provide accurate information.
Later, when I was supposed to make a payment for the copay at the counter, Priscilla didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence. Instead, she told me to step back, implying that I was encroaching on her personal space, which I believe I wasn't. I had maintained a distance of almost more than 45 inches while standing at the counter.
This experience left me feeling quite uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service. I hope that such incidents can be addressed to ensure a more welcoming and professional atmosphere in the future.
Desired outcome: I request a phone call from the person in charge of the facility, specifically the individual who treated me disrespectfully.
