I took my son to longhorn for his birthday on sep 25 Wednesday. Told the employee seating customers he said he would have my waitress take care of everything. I was ignored nothing happened. Manager said hed email gift certificate. Never did. Called back Saturday sep 28. Said same thing still never emailed certificate. Im tired of calling either the managers are lazy or too childish too do there job. Emails [protected]@yahoo.com. Hopefully this reaches a mature adult. Thanks
