I drove my car into discount tire on 5/4/2020 around 8am with my doughnut tire on because I needed a new tire and rim and once they were finished and I was attempting to drive out of there parking lot my car wouldn't drive forward so I got out of my car and immediately asked a employee what was wrong with my car and why I couldn't drive forward? The employees looked at the bottom of my right front tire by the back of my tire and said I had a snapped tie rod and wouldn't be able to drive my car and would need to have it towed and fixed, but kept telling me he wasn't a mechanic and never touched my tie rod and was claiming my the rod was already snapped when I drove there. I asked him repeatedly how it would be possible for me to had drove there with a snapped the rod driving on my doughnut tire perfectly fine? Kept arguing with me. When I know perfectly well hes lying and ain't physically possible for me to have been able to drive my car to discount tire on a snapped the rod. Something one there employees did in process of changing out my new rim and tire snapped my tie rod and doesnt wanna admit it. I had ran over a tree limb decent size other night which flattened my tire and bent my rim immediately but did not snap my tie rod in half or I wouldn't of been able to have driven my car to discount tire today on a snapped tie rod like they wanna claim was already snapped. I want discount tire to pay entirely for there mistake and snapping my tie rod during my visit today and cost of a towing fee and cost of having to pay for new front end the rods. My car drove perfectly fine to there business on my spare tire and expect it to had drove out of there after the service I had paid them to do.
