Discount Tire review: Discount Tire of Avon Lake, Ohio damage my newly painted wheels

I took my rims for my 1986 Ferrari Testarossa to have tires put on all four rims. The vehicle has 12k miles on it.

Your company struggled to put the tires on that they recommended. Discount tire damaged brand new painted rims and gouged my rims. They told me Toyo (2 255/50R16 &2 225 50R16) proxy tires put on were appropriate for my car. Once they got the tires on, the tires would not hold air and they wanted to sand down the inner rim liner. I told them to just take off the tires. They were unable to take off the tires without doing more damage. They left three tires on uninflated with no way to get them off. I took the tires to my ferrari mechanic (Northcoast Exotics in Cleveland Ohio) the mechanic said they put on the wrong tires, my car needs TRXs. Now, I have damage rims with gouges with useless tires I cannot get off.

I want reimbursed for new set of rims and tires. Your salesperson (Noah) was rude and kept saying "We are professionals." He was everything but professional. The average age of your techs can't be more than 30 years old.

My mechanic said the tires are useless and rims cannot be repaired. Discount Tire could also not give me back my old tires since they were already discarded.
