The service is terrible... I tried two locations in tampa wesley chapel and ybor. I usually go to ybor but because I usually get ignored, no refills, a million hours to get the check, another twenty for them to take the bill. It is usually a bad experience so I tried wesley chapel that wasnt great either the lady wouldn't give us our change from paying and kept it as her tip even though I had separate money for that she automatically took the money and wouldnt give us our money back and then she wouldn't let us order what we want because she told us it would be cheaper if we ordered a small instead of snack size wings which isnt true. So that's the back story I went to ybor location last night and I ordered for both me and my friend and said I want one order of snack size wings and she wants one order. We both want one order of snack size wings. We get our food first before drinks but ok that's fine I get the food and we each have twenty wings on the plate and immediately call the waiter to tell him this isn't our order but he assures us it is. We say no we only ordered two snack wings and he said that's what u have. Mind u it's buy one get one free day. I said no in total there should be 16 wings and he said no u each get 16. I'm like but there's 20 on my plate and he ignored me. I said I don't want to pay for this many wings I only ordered a snack size and he said that is what u have. My friend goes we only want two sets of wings not 4 this is 4 orders and he said no you both got a snack size. But we didn't because we had 4 orders in front of us. And I kept trying to explain to him it was wrong. We finally give up and eat the wings and we had so many leftovers because we said it was too many and that's why we ordered the snack size. The bill comes and low and behold the charge was for 28 dollars and i'm like no way! 28 dollars how? Oh because he charged us each for a snack size but we only wanted two all together. So once again we try to explain to him the issue and finally call a manager to get better luck. But no the manager was on the same page and said if we're to order I was supposed to only order one snack size and my friend was supposed to order nothing. I said we do this all the time we always come here and order the same way and tell the wait staff that we only want two all together. I just couldn't figure out how to tell this man we only needed two all together he didn't get it. I never been so frustrated in my life. None of these people understood what we are talking about. Then I used my rewards points for our drinks and only one came off so I waisted 300 pts on nothing. I was so mad because even before we ate the food we politely asked if we could just eat the one plate so we don't get overcharged but no he assured us that what we wanted but I even told him nooo that's way to much food. Even my friend said is this going to buy one get one. She points to me and said she buys one and I get one right and he said right. Then at the end he said if we wanted to do it like that that we had to order on one check. This made me mad considering I ordered for both of us on one check, he was literally making things up at this point searching for ways to make it for him to be right. I hope this made sense and you can see I wasn't trying to get free food I ended up giving the leftovers to the homeless because I can only eat the snack size not however much I had. I even told him this is way to much food please understand this isn't what I wanted but noooooo. Attached is the reward that didn't come off at checkout.
