So I got the fiat 500 sport from Arrigo dodge chrysler jeep dealership and I only had it for 2 days when I called them and told them that the car was not running right because it pulled to the left and it felt like I had flat back tires well it is 6 days from that day and they still have my car and no one is willing to help me who says yes I see the problem to who says there is nothing wrong with the car to who actually told me to put weights in the back of the car. I have spoken to Reddick Brown who I was told was the person to speak to about Fiat and he says he is the GM for Chrysler to Robert Corman who says that he is holding his temper to deal with me to Roger Bellardo who has no idea what is going on in the dealership and Jim Arrigo President and John Arrigo GM who talk about Customer Satisfaction on the web page put will never get on the phone To Chris Shuman who was my salesmen but washed his hands after he sold me the car and decided to never answer my calls. Have any of you out there had a problem like this with your Fiat or with a Dealership in Florida. I mean I have caught them in so many lies and they still look at you and say I did not say that.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Sawgrass - deduction from 1410.00 dollars
They deducted $984.09 from the money that I paid for 7=seventy coverage for full coverage for repairs on 2009 dodge truck which I purchased in january of 2009. I went down and wanted my money back totaling 1410.00 dollars for extended coverage. They agreed that this money was money was mine but when I received the check in the mail I was really surprized because it was only for 984.09 dollars. When I left from this dealership I was under the understanding that I was to get the full amount of 1410.00 dollars. I signed a form for acceptence of this amount 1410.00 dollars and left the place and went home. I get this check in the mail and was I surprized.. I tried to call got the automated phone system and I could only leave a call me back message. Twice and have not received a callback from no one there. I would like to know your opinion on this or an explanation of why thesr people deducted almost 500.00 dollars short. Hope to hear from you soon, Edwin J. Deremer

Arrigo is the worst dealer I have ever been to they do not answer the phone do not return calls and lie through there teeth. I to have a Fiat and I always drive mercedes but I wanted to have the Fiat because it is a memory from when I was a kid and because of the gas millage so I figured I would use the mercedes for the weekends and the fiat during the week what a mistake the car is a year old and it is falling apart and all of the people you mentioned at arrigo they are worthless I do not understand how they have a job but I guess that jim and john arrigo must be playing so much golf that they have no time to check on these people and there talk about customer service they don't care if they did they would get on the phone they would answer emails or they would respond to the letters I have sent them. I can tell you that I will never buy another car from them and I am making sure that everyone I know do not buy cars from them and letting them know to tell everyone they know. I am sorry for all your troubles but believe me you are not alone.
