My wife is traveling and she a reservation (see attached) under he name ! And the lady at the desk told he she didn't have reservations and wanted her to pay for a room,, wife called me and I told the lady the confirmation number and she hung up on me , then I called back and ask was everything good now. She hung up on me again. I'm passed and we will never stay at any la quinta inn & suites again after that treatment.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund for undo stress on my wife traveling alone ! And the disrespect by your employees,,,

We have reservations and the manager has told us repeatedly to wait, while taking other guests first on 3 different occasions. We have been here over 3 hours. Very rude! I have my mom, who is 92 years old and my child, along with my sister and brother. This is a poorly run establishment.
