I ordered a pizza earlier and it arrived as if it had been tampered. The box was broken, the seal was broken and my pizza looks like it had fallen apart. None of the slices were together. I called the delivery driver to come back and take it back to the store. He advised that due to COVID-19 he couldn't take it back and to call the store for another pizza or refund. I did just that and spoke with a very pleasant woman who identified herself as Phyllis. She apologized and advised that I would get another pizza within the next 30-35 minutes. After an hour passed by I called the store to check the status of my order and someone who identified themselves as a manager named Purnel answered and was disgusting towards me! She had an attitude, yelled at me, cut me off while I was speaking, huffed and puffed over the phone and then hung up on me after I asked for a refund. I called back and she answered and asked me not to call back in her store before hanging on me again. I called back again and this time she advised me that she had processed my refund. How can anyone treat a customer like that? I have never felt so insulted and disrespected all at once!
Desired outcome: I want a refund. I want that person retrained and moved to another location so that I never ever have to deal with her when ordering food for my kids.
