I was on the machine for way longer than I normally am and had had two adjustments already. Was told when I intially came that my left arm did not have a good enough vein so my right was always used. Gm proceeded to tell me that she was going to try my other arm. My plasma bottle was about 80% full and even though i was on the machine for too long ... It was almost done. I told her my veins n the other arm were not approved initially so she said if I didnt allow her to stick my other arm i would not receive any type of payment. Not to mention that was my bonus day. She stuck my other arm but as she was puttn the rubber band around my arm and was looking for a vein i could jus feel the anger and attitude towards me. She seemed frustrated bc the center was closed and i was still there. I just believe she was rude and rough and once she did stick my other arm. She told me i didnt ever have to come back there again and she unhooked me literally right after she stuck me and told me to leave and never come back and that I wasn't getting paid so I left in tears thinking i wasn't going to get paid. But I did. But now I can't go bak n just Believe that isnt fair at all
Desired outcome: I would like to be unbanned and be allowed to donate please.
