I've worked for ingles since 2018. I started with ingles insurance for the first time in January and my experience has been horrible. Went to the doctor in January for healthy track to have cheaper insurance and I keep getting the bill billed to me I called ingles insurance multiple times about it and I even called HR 3 times from January up until last week to try and figure out what's going on. It took me 5 months, 5 MONTHS for someone to tell me that I went 5 days before my insurance was covered. I was told multiple times I could go a head and go when I got my insurance card in the mail so when I started insurance it would all be taken care of. It takes one person to tell you that you should wait 5 days and go to the doctor and not one person told me that. It's ridiculous that I had to call insurance so many times the past 5 months to figure out why I keep getting the bill billed to me, no one would take me seriously or give me a straight answer as to why my bill wasn't being covered until last week and all they could tell me was sorry for all the miscommunication even HR couldn't tell me anything until I reached out to them a couple days ago with why I was so upset about the situation all she could say was a lot of new hires have had this problem... So now I have an outranges bill which got higher over time of not paying it all because i was told I was covered and it might the doctors office trying to screw me over. So now I have to pay for something that should have been free through ingles and got a finale notice letter about the bill I should have paid back in March on my credit score. No customer services skills at all and HR wasn't sure about anything the whole time.
