My family and I visited the Arbor Place Mall location on Saturday at 1:45 p.m. and the store was a mess. Merchandise was all over the floors, the merchandise tables were in complete disarray and it was difficult to locate anything. We were looking for a specific size (6-9 months) and asked one of the workers(full figure beautiful lady) - (there were 2 beautiful African american ladies working) where to locate the items. She pointed to the table and we advised it was difficult to see anything. She never walked over to assist but stayed at the register on what appeared to be a cell phone. It appeared that noone was interested to assisting so we left and purchased items at Macy's instead. This was totally unacceptable and no store should look like this.
